At Spoiled Homes Cleaning Service, we are happy to clean homes with pets. However, homes with excessive pet hair, urine, feces, or strong pet odors may require additional time and sanitation.
If heavy pet hair, urine, feces, or other pet-related messes are present that require extra scrubbing, disinfecting, or deodorizing, an additional fee of $20–$40 may be applied depending on the condition of the home.
Cleaning appointments are based on an estimated time. If a home requires additional time beyond the scheduled cleaning due to excessive dirt, buildup, or sanitation needs, an additional labor charge of $50 per hour ($25 per 30 minutes) may be added.
For sanitation purposes, we kindly ask that fresh pet accidents be removed prior to the scheduled cleaning when possible.
